How long will it take to receive a credit or refund for returned items?
Your refund will be processed by Next within 1 working day.
If you have a NextPay / Pay in 3 account, the credit will be applied to your account. If your account’s in credit, you can request a refund back to your method of payment by calling us on 0333 777 8000*.
If you do not have a Next credit account, we’ll refund back to your original method of payment. Please check with your payment provider for the timeline on when the funds will be made available to you as this is outside of our control.
For any credit / debit card refunds that we’ve processed, we’ll send you an email with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), which you can quote to your bank should you need to query the refund.
If you are due to be refunded by a Next Gift Card, please allow time for postage (typically up to 5 working days).
